How do you verify claims like fasting or free-range farming? +
Through repeated observation and documentation. We visit at different times, photograph conditions, and document what we see. We work with you upfront to define what "true" means for your claim—then we report exactly what we observed.
How long do claims-verification missions take? +
Longer than existence verification. Depending on the claim, we might need days or weeks of observation. We'll give you a timeline and progress updates during the mission.
Can you guarantee a claim is true or false? +
No. We document what we observe during our visits and report limitations. Our job is to give you accurate, factual observation—interpretation and conclusions are yours.
What if you can't access something? +
We'll tell you upfront if it's not possible. We report what we can verify, and what we couldn't—with reasons.
How confidential is this? +
Completely. Your brief, our findings, and your identity are confidential. We don't discuss clients or missions with anyone.
